The Cattle section is beautifully situated alongside Poynton Lake. Access is convenient and there is ample lakeside parking for all exhibitors.
		It is a popular show and has enjoyed excellent support from the many prominent cattle breeders in Cheshire and surrounding counties.
The Young Farmers Classes encourage our next generation of farmers to show their young stock and demonstrate their handling skills, an extra prize awarded to the best Young Handler.
		A team of highly regarded Judges assess the cattle. The day then culminates with the Grand Parade in the Main Ring where Trophies are presented to the winners.

There are Cattle Classes for the following Breeds:

HOLSTEIN ANY OTHER DAIRY BREED BRITISH LIMOUSIN HEREFORD

HIGHLAND ANY OTHER PURE BEEF BREED COMMERCIAL BEEF CLASSES YOUNG FARMERS CLASSES
